Swim video analysis
Our swim video analysis is a powerful tool that can help you improve your swimming technique and become a more efficient swimmer. Race Fueling Plans
A well-planned race fueling strategy can make a significant difference in an athlete’s performance. With our experience and knowledge, we can create personalized race fueling plans that optimize an athlete’s energy levels and endurance, helping them to achieve their goals on race day. We work with athletes to understand their unique nutritional needs and preferences and create a customized plan that ensures they have the right balance of nutrients to fuel their body for optimal performance.
We can also engage with one of our Registered Dieticians for special needs and broader nutritional planning.
I was initially hesitant to hire a coach to help me achieve my two lofty goals of completing the Sea to Summit Triathlon and Ironman Lake Placid. As someone who considers themselves to be at a “middle of the pack” level, I wasn’t sure if I was in over my head with a coach. Thanks to Dave’s guidance, I exceeded my expectations when I finished the Sea to Summit Triathlon.
