New Triathlete?

Let us help

Attention Sprint Triathlon Beginners!

Are you looking to take your triathlon training to the next level? Our team of experienced coaches has designed a Free Sprint Triathlon Training Plan specifically for athletes like you who are new to the sport but have some experience under their belt. To ensure the plan is effective, we recommend that athletes can swim a continuous 300 yards, run 2 miles, and bike 10 miles.

Our comprehensive 12-Week plan will provide you with the guidance and structure you need to build a solid foundation, improve your skills, and increase your endurance. Please note that the cycling part of the plan assumes that you have a power meter or smart trainer, but don’t worry if you don’t have these tools – you can adjust the workouts to be based off Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE).  For the run workouts, heart rate-based training is utilized, and we recommend that athletes use a heart rate monitor to track their progress.

And the best part? It’s 100% free! So don’t wait any longer, sign up now to receive your customized training plan and start your journey to becoming a confident and successful triathlete.

Our coaches have extensive experience in the sport and are passionate about helping beginners achieve their goals. We understand that triathlon can be a challenging sport to get into, and we’re committed to providing you with the support and guidance you need to succeed.

So if you’re ready to take the next step in your triathlon journey, sign up for our free 12-week sprint training plan today. We can’t wait to help you become a stronger, faster, and more confident triathlete!
