Race Ready Plan

With the Internet, it’s easy to find a generic training plan, but it won’t be tailored to your individual goals or account for your strengths and weaknesses. And when you have questions, who do you ask?

With our Race Ready Plan offering, we provide a 30-minute introductory meeting where we’ll get to know you, your fitness level, and your goals for your upcoming race. From there, we’ll create a customized training plan of appropriate duration that will help you reach your full potential. Unlike our full-service coaching, we won’t make any changes to the plan once it’s loaded into TrainingPeaks.

Our goal is to empower you as the athlete to take control of your training and achieve success in triathlon or running. Whether you’re a beginner or an intermediate athlete looking to improve your performance, our coaches are here to support you on your journey.

If you’re looking for more personalized attention and a dynamic approach to improving your performance, our one-on-one coaching services might be the right fit for you. Our coaches work with you to address key pillars for performance and provide frequent interaction to help you achieve your goals.

Race Ready Training Plans for Triathlon and Running

Analysis

No analysis is included with this program, but we will provide directions on how to establish your training zones from the assessments performed as part of the program.

We will link the athlete to our TrainingPeaks account, however, a Premium account can be added for $9/mo.  

Due to the nature of this program there is limited communication relative to our One-on-One Coaching, however, we recognize you may have a need for specific discussions, not included.  Additional time can be booked for $75/hr. 

This time can be used for for Zoom Calls, Video Analysis, Equipment, General Nutrition Planning, etc. 

Race Specific plan

For the Race Ready Plan, we offer a semi-custom training plan that is tailored to your upcoming race, fitness level, and personal goals. Our coaches work with you to develop a plan of appropriate duration that takes into account your strengths and weaknesses, as well as other life priorities. Execution is up to you.

Whether you’re a short course triathlete or a runner, our Race Ready Plan will help you achieve your full potential and reach your goals.

Communication

With our Race Ready Plan we offer an initial consultation, a 2 week check-in via email and a check-in before your race.  Throughout the programming, we can respond to limited and basic questions through email.
